Create Your Account
In order to use our website for appointment booking, cancellations, ordering repeat prescriptions,or for notifying us of a change to your personal details, you will need to register and create your own account with our service provider (EMIS).
You may also access your medical record on line. This will show you coded information of your medical history as well as any test results. If you are already registered for the appointments and repeat medication services you will need to re-register for this additional service.
Creating your account is a simple process and takes a few minutes but you will need some key information to register. For security reasons these details can only be given to you in person. Please therefore call in to the practice, at your convenience to obtain your registration letter, this only takes a moment.
*Please note the following documents are accepted at the practice for ID purposes
- Passport
- Photo card driving licence
- 2 utility bills + photo ID card
Please email us if you are unable to provide any of the above documents but still wish to register.
Once in receipt of the registration letter, please use the link below to create your account. You only need to create an account once.
Please email us or ask at the reception desk if you have any problems with the above process. Once you have created and account click on the service you require.
