The reception desk is open from 7.30 am for collection and ordering of repeat prescriptions – the “on-the-day” appointments do not become available until 8 am.
The telephones do not open for reception until 8 am, however, the automated service is available 24 hours a day.
The Health Centre is on one level with automatic doors, braille signage and access for wheelchair users. We have an induction loop at the reception counter and access to translation services. Baby changing facilities are available on request.

We are open either Monday, Wednesday or Thursday until 8PM or from 7AM.
Please check with reception as this is determined by clinical availability. All our appointments need to be booked in advance or on the day – we are not a walk-in centre.

In an emergency outside of normal practice hours 08:00 – 18:00, please telephone the surgery – the answerphone will give you instructions of who to call.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
