Dr Richard Vautrey

At the end of November, Dr Richard Vautrey completed his tenure as President of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
The role of President is the ceremonial head of the college. Dr Vautrey was appointment to this honorary role through the voting of the members of the RCGP. At a celebratory event last week, a portrait of Dr Vautrey was unveiled which will be hung in the College’s London headquarters in Euston Square. This was created by talented photographer Karla Gowlett. The portrait depicts DR Vautrey in his consultation room at Meanwood Group Practice where he has worked for 31 years and is the senior partner.
We are all very proud of his achievements and he continues to do for General Practice.
