Comment: 82 year old Father in Law had knee replacement opp, left hospital 6 days ago with catherter in, due to post opp retention. Lives alone with elderly wife.NO contact has been made from surgery even though situation was reported to DN's on day 1. where is the community care you advertise on the classy looking site

Comment: I object to being charged while on hold on your 0844 number, my Appointment call cost me £3.55p. This number is in Breach of NHS Contract. and is not included in Any Call Plans, and there should be no more encouragement for other GPs to follow your Practice's lead. I bet this will be removed because Patients dont realise how much they are paying to phone. This ir Not a Lo-call or local Rated Number

Comment: WOW what a shocking service, anyone would think the receptionists owned the surgery, that they were the proffesional. What an waful surgery the rudest staff members and you cant complain because they get more rude. I demand somebody in authority to to something against these horrid people, this isnt even an exageration. Thye should be sacked -no people skils, treat people like we are stupid, HELLO MEANWOOD PRACTICE - WE THE PEOPLE PAY YOUR WAGES.
